Menstrual Hygiene Day (May 28th)

Menstrual Hygiene Day is a global event celebrated on May 28th annually to raise awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene management. It aims to break the stigma around menstruation and ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, has access to the necessary resources and knowledge for maintaining proper menstrual hygiene.

Go With the Flow Workshop

This interactive workshop is designed to prepare participants to care for themselves during their period and throughout their menstrual cycle. Covered topics include anatomy, hygiene, period product options, self-efficacy, and advocacy. The knowledge and skills learned will benefit students long-term and influence them to develop healthy lifestyle habits to achieve optimal well-being and quality of life. 

The Spot: Menstrual Hygiene Closet

Our mission is to make safe period products accessible. In partnership with schools and community organizations throughout Baltimore, menstrual hygiene closets provide a convenient and safe space to receive products to manage menses with dignity.
