Menstrual Hygiene Day (MHD) is a global day of awareness celebrated annually on May 28th. Our MHD celebration is a comprehensive program that serves as a platform to promote menstrual equity by: 

• Supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing 
• Fostering communtity connection through empowerement, storytelling, and shared experiences
• Strengthening advocacy and community enagagement
